Holden is Six Months!
Last Friday we went to Holden's six month check-up. He weighed a whopping 21 lbs and was 28 inches long, which puts him in the 95th percentile for weight and 92nd for height. We have been watching him really closely in development because of his difficult start, but so far he has been passing all of the marks with flying colors. Holden can sit up on his own now, roll over both ways (he even knows the phrase roll over because when we say it he rolls over like a dog - its so cute), he is eating solids and loves them and is just starting to hold his hands out when he wants mom or dad. Lately he has been waking up in the night which can be frustrating but its funny because when I put him down for a nap, he rolls over and tries to grab my hand and chuckles like it is play time instead of nap time.
Holden is such a cutie! I am glad that he learned to roll over. And now he is sitting! It is so fun when they can start doing things for themselves.
